Baby Leaf was created from a simple need—making everyday life with a baby easier.

As a new mom, I was constantly adjusting car seat covers, worrying about sun and wind, and struggling to check on my baby without waking her. My nursing cover was always shifting and never fully covered me. Nothing felt practical. Everything felt bulky, complicated, or just… not designed for real life.

I needed something better.

So, in a sleep-deprived moment of pure instinct, I pulled out my sewing machine—something I hadn’t touched in over 10 years—and created my own solution. I added a zipper without overthinking it… because it just made sense.

And that small idea changed everything.

The two-way zipper made it possible to check on my baby instantly—without removing the cover or disturbing her. No more fumbling. No more frustration. Just simple, stress-free access when it mattered most. The zipper allows the cover to be used for nursing while being adjustable for your needs. 

What started as a personal solution quickly became something other moms couldn’t live without.
