Shipping and Returns
We check every cover before sending it out to you. However, if you are not 100% satisfied because of a defected product through no fault of your own, please let us know within 30 days of purchase so that we can replace it for you. We will ship you a replacement in the same style that was originally ordered. For returns, we will need a proof of purchase or picture of the product. Baby Leaf Covers is not responsible for return shipping.
Due to hygienic reasons, Baby Leaf Covers cannot be returned and are final sale. We want to make sure that every cover received by our customers is brand new and never opened.
All orders placed within Canada will ship by Canada Post Expedited Mail with tracking. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Standard shipping within Canada is free unless otherwise chosen at checkout. Some rural addresses may not qualify for free shipping.
All orders placed within USA and Internationally will be processed through Canada Post untracked mail (USPS) unless chosen otherwise at checkout. Baby Leaf Covers is not responsible for 'lost' mail should you choose untracked mail. Shipping fees will apply based on your destination. Please allow up to 3 weeks delivery time for US orders. Please be aware that custom fees and taxes may apply. Baby Leaf Covers is not responsible for custom fees, taxes or additional charges.
